Personally Identifiable Information:

All Google services are administered on Google-owned servers. Information used within Google Apps at Princeton University is stored on Google-owned servers. Therefore, it is important to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the University's information as appropriate for the information's sensitivity level (as set forth in the Princeton University Information Security Policy), including by avoiding transmission or storage of personally identifiable information in any Google Apps. (Personally identifiable information is information that can be used in identity theft.) The Princeton University Information Security Policy identifies the following information as personally identifiable: social security numbers, date of birth, place of birth, mother's maiden name, credit card numbers, bank account numbers, income tax records, and driver's license numbers.
